All Around Complex Fracture Treatment and Joint Replacement in Hand Surgery

Course objectives
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Recognize complex distal radius fractures and identify their treatment.
- Understand the classification of complex metacarpal fractures and how these should be fixed.
- Recognize malunions in distal radius and metacarpal fractures and their treatment.
- Conduct a PIP arthroplasty for both primary reconstruction and post trauma.
- Understand the surgical technique of ulna shortening and ulna head replacement.
Course fee 990 €. Early bird special until Monday, October 7, 2024: 790 €
(The course fee comprises all course costs, shuttle from the hotel to the course venue, coffee breaks, and lunches on all course days. A get-together dinner with the faculty on 1st day and an official course dinner on the 2nd course day, including the shuttle (Mühlheim) are also included. A visit to the manufactoring site in Mühlheim is included for those arriving early on December 5. We offer an airport shuttle from Zurich airport to Tuttlingen on December 5 at 11 am and back to the airport from KLS Martin World on December 7 at 1:30 pm.)
